My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were not cleaned properly and didn't seem to meet 4-star standards, the friendly staff did try their best to assist me. The location is convenient, but I did find some cleanliness issues that were quite concerning. Dining was decent though extra charges for breakfast were unexpected, and overall it felt like I was getting less value for my money than I hoped.
